Interesting décor

This hotel has 647 rooms with a 4,000 metre square water play lagoon in the basement. The place was built 31 years ago. But it has an older feel than that, mostly because of the interesting furnishing and decorations spread throughout the halls. What kind of décor would you call this?

The huge dining room we've been eating in.

A couple of the oddest high chairs I've ever seen.

I found this in a corner of the large lobby.

I don't know what you'd call it, but it must be a lot of work to keep clean! Particularly those chairs in the dining room, though at least the high chairs seem to be upholstered in vinyl.
